Great place
Good location for gardening
Love the idea and opportunities here but the soil is heavy clay and they don't till very well (3-4") so plants have a hard time growing. Will be back next year but renting a rototiller.
Will not but a plot there again. They used dirt that was infested with weeds. I could barely keep up with pulling them even if I picked every day.
Hard soil with clay. Need more water sources with the ability to hook up a hose for easier and more efficient watering.
